In our Lodge Service, our vehicles are equipped with a special shelf and mesh system to protect the cargo against possible damage such as crushing and breaking. Our LOCA service safely delivers your cargo in every vehicle of MNG Cargo without any price difference.

In our Technological Transfer Centers service, 65 thousand cargoes per hour are sorted at MNG Cargo TAM at high speed, measured, weighed and loaded onto the line vehicle without any errors. Thus, your cargo reaches the right address on time. This service is available only in MNG Cargo in Turkey.

In our special branches service, in order to best meet the needs of our customers with intensive shipments, we establish branches that can operate within their own organization if desired. Thus, we can carry out the entire branch cargo operation from the acceptance of the cargo to the invoice and reporting process at the locations belonging to our customers.

In our E-commerce Integration service, we are able to control the entire process from product order to cargo delivery with the integrations we realize with our customers dealing with e-commerce. In addition, end users who shop through e-commerce can also track their cargo through the relevant site or our company.

In our Self-Barcode service, you save time thanks to this practical application that we will install on your computer, allowing you to correct your address information and make your own shipments. What you need to do is to send your cargo with the MNG Kargo Self-Barcoded shipment form that is automatically generated after the order. You can also track your shipments privately with the Self Barcode system.

In our Collected Shipment service, we not only carry your cargo, but also collect the cost of the products you send in line with your request and deposit them into your account. In order to benefit from this service, you must be our contracted customer.

What were your business needs and on what basis did you decide to purchase a vehicle tracking system?

As it is known, we offer a time-based service and the vehicle factor is important for us in order to deliver the cargo to the customer within the promised time.

The performance and efficient use of the vehicle is also a very sensitive issue for us at this point. For this reason, our expectation from the vehicle tracking system in the first place is that the performance of the vehicle can be measured accurately and at the level we want.

What we mean by the performance of the vehicle is the ability to keep the working hours of the vehicle under control, and more specifically, to monitor all the movements of the vehicle during the day. With a system whose movements can be monitored and managed correctly; cargo delivery/receiving service performance will increase.

As a result, this will have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.

In addition, the speed of the vehicle, the waiting times of the vehicle in the units, the kilometers traveled during the trip and the time spent are other important issues that need to be monitored and kept under control in order to plan the operation and avoid disruptions.

The above-mentioned topics are based on the performance of the operational process, and the performance of our drivers will also be measured in this direction by carrying out the specified follow-ups.

Which points did you pay attention to in your decision process, what were the reasons for choosing the Arvento system?

We were working with a different vehicle tracking system company before. We started to search for an alternative company with the conviction that it did not meet our needs mentioned above at the level we wanted. At the decision point, we paid attention to the fact that our needs mentioned above were met and as a result of the evaluations made, we decided to use the Arvento Vehicle Tracking system.

What changed in the way you do business/manage after you started using the system?

In our departments that manage our vehicles, we made changes in the way of doing business with the use of the vehicle tracking system and this had a positive impact on the operation.

Has there been any change in your customer satisfaction evaluations since you started using the system?

We observe an increase in customer satisfaction.
