Arvento, one of the world’s leading brands in the vehicle tracking systems sector with the technologies developed in Turkey, continued to support the sport in the fifth year of the Presidential International Yacht Race, one of Turkey’s most prestigious marine sports organizations. Arvento, which was among the sponsors of the ‘Halicarnassus Cup’ races held in Bodrum between May 19-25, supported the safety of the athletes during the race with its boat tracking system Treyki Yacht.
In this challenging race where sailboats and racers fought fiercely for the championship, the boats were tracked instantaneously along the race route. Thanks to the GNSS module of the Treyki Yacht device, the positions between the start and end coordinates of the route were determined and the boat speeds along the route were analyzed. The Arvento boat tracking system Treyki Yacht, which offers superior performance even in harsh weather conditions, has the world’s most advanced protection standard IP-K69; water and dust proof, impact and shock resistant, non-flammable and can operate at high temperatures. Treyki Yacht, which does not require assembly and electrical connection, has low energy consumption and long charging life, provided great ease of use for the competitors in this challenging race.
“We support the competitors’ ‘safe’ challenge in the open sea”
Arvento Marketing and Corporate Communications Director Özlem Kapdan stated that they are pleased with their support for the Presidential International Yacht Race since the past years and said, “We are very happy to be among the sponsors of the Presidential International Yacht Race, which brings together sea and sailing enthusiasts, for the fifth year. In this enjoyable organization, we aim to draw attention to safety in the maritime sector and raise awareness in this field with the innovative systems we have developed. With Treyki Yacht, a high-tech, innovative boat tracking system that we use not only in yacht races but also in over 10,000 boats, ships, tankers, etc., we monitor the safety of boats and sailboats in the fierce open sea competition between the most beautiful stops of the Aegean.
We offered the opportunity to monitor the struggle instantly. We supported the competitors with our technology for a safe race.”
