In this text, as Arvento Mobil Sistemler Anonim Şirketi (“Company” or “Arvento”) as the data controller, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed within the scope of commercial electronic messages as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In cases where authorized institutions or organizations request your identity (name, surname),contact (mobile phone number, e-mail address, address), permission informationfrom our Company or where it is foreseen that we will notify these institutions, in order to fulfill our legal obligations (for example, Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages in order to fulfill our notification obligation within the scope of KVKK) based on the legal reason of “fulfillment of a legal obligation” pursuant to Article 5 Paragraph 2 (ç) of KVKK.
