The program defines a “technology company” as a company that has a technology that generates a significant portion of its operating revenues or that allocates a significant portion of its revenues to technology research and development. Companies that are ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast50 programs in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region are automatically eligible for the Deloitte Technology Fast500 EMEA Program, which identifies the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA.
